Anti-Wrinkle Treatment (Botox) Booking Information
To ensure your safety and treatment suitability, a prescription is required for all anti-wrinkle injections.
Book the treatment date here then you will be invited to book a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber.
Please book the prescription consultation at least 1 week before your treatment appointment.
Booking Deposit: A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be fully credited toward the cost of your treatment.
Suitability Guarantee: If, following your consultation, you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment, your £50 deposit will be fully refunded in its entirety.

All Anti-wrinkle injections require a prescription. Your meeting with our prescriber is essential to ensure safety and treatment suitability.
You must be 18 years old or over to book.
This step is mandatory and is complimentary (at no cost).
Please allow a week between your treatment date and the consultation to ensure sufficient time for your product to be prescribed and ordered.
By booking this treatment, you agree that you understand and accept to be contacted for confirmation.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This amount will be fully credited toward the cost of your treatment.
Suitability Guarantee: If, following your consultation, you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment, your deposit will be fully refunded in its entirety.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we will refund half your deposit. With less than 24H the £50 deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
No-Show: Failure to attend your booked appointment without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your £50 deposit, and a new deposit will be required for all future bookings.
